Altha Consulting is seeking a Technology Consultant at the Manager level to join our Digital & Technology Enablement team. This role is crucial for driving digital transformation and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. As a consultant, you will lead projects that enhance business capabilities through innovative digital strategies.
Responsibility:
- Lead and manage IT consulting projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps that drive business transformation and innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Conduct IT assessments and provide recommendations to enhance system performance and business processes.
- Mentor and develop a team of IT consultants, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure IT solutions meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
Educational and Working Experience
- Bachelor in information system, technology, engineering, or any related fields from reputable university with excellent academic record.
- MSc, MBA, or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Min 6 years of professional working experience in IT governance, audits and risk management, or any related areas.
- Experienced in IT Maturity Assessment is a plus.
- Related professional qualifications such as ITIL, COBIT, PMP, DRM/BCM, CISSP/CISA/CISM or equivalent will be a plus.
Skills and Attributes
- Available to travel and work remotely on client sites.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill; does not hesitate to discuss with C-level clients (primarily CIO) and is excellent at constructing good relationship.
- Highly motivated, stable and enjoy working under pressure, forward-looking, structured, and hard worker.
- Flexible, curious and creative, open for new things, and able to propose innovative ideas structurally.
- Detailed oriented, good analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent report writing skills both in English and Bahasa.
